The ordering process is quick and simple:

1. Click on the item you want to buy

2. For each item, click on the “ADD TO CART” button;

3. With each click on the “ADD TO CART” button, the system allows you to choose between viewing the shopping cart by clicking on the “VIEW CART” (picture) or you can continue shopping and then view the shopping cart;

4. If you enter the cart you have the following options: “COUPON APPLICATION” (enter a discount code if you are assigned one), “UPDATE CART” (changing the amount of the items) and “PROCEDE TO CHECKOUT”;

5. If you are browsing multiple pages and items, your shopping cart is always available in the upper right corner of each page;

6. When you are done shopping, click the “PAY” button (if you are on step 5) or ” PROCEDE TO CHECKOUT ” (if you are on step 4);

7. When ordering, you can choose to register or not. It is possible to complete the order:

– as a guest (without registration) – you must enter your data, or

– as a registered user (frequent buyer) – the system memorizes your name and address so you do not have to re-enter the data each time;

8. Follow a simple automated order completion process:

– choose a payment method

– read and accept the Terms of purchase if you agree with them;

9. Click on the “ORDER” button and the system confirms that the order is placed. You’ll automatically receive the confirmation email of the ordered items.

10. Wait 24 hours for the CIK-CAK ART webshop staff to confirm the ordered items and send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive a message within 24 hours, check out spam folder or contact us at info@cikcak-art.hr to check your order status (8am to 4pm on work days).
